Where is my order?
- In the email with the order confirmation you will find a Track&Trace number. With the Track&Trace link in the e-mail you can follow the status of your order.
- We ship worldwide in a way where we compensate CO2. Orders take on average 5-9 business days to be delivered.
- Should your package unexpectedly not arrive within the regular delivery time, please contact us in time. We can only investigate with the postal service within 2 weeks after the original delivery date.
- We cannot guarantee delivery times; these are indicative and for informational purposes only.
How will my order be shipped?
With great care and attention and most importantly; in an environmentally friendly way. Our orders are shipped in a 100% biodegradable bag completely free of plastic. We send our orders via DHL and local post.
What should you expect?
- Your order will come in a 100% biodegradable packaging.
- Your package is intact, dry and sealed.
- Your package should be complete and correct according to your order.
The package did not arrive in good condition, what should I do?
- Take a video of the package while opening the package. Make sure to show the condition of all the sheets inside.
- Send the video to support@mothersearth.com with an overview of the issue.
- Make sure to do the steps above within 1-3 days from when the package is received.
- Our customer support team is happy to assist you with your concern.
