Return Policy

If you have received incorrect or defective items, please email support@mothersearth.com to discuss further.

If you are not satisfied with the products received, you may return them to us within 30 days of receipt, provided they are in original and saleable condition. The products must be unopened. Please note that because they are hygienic products, we cannot accept returns of opened products.

Once returned and accepted, you are entitled to a full refund, which does not include the cost of return shipping.

Requesting a return

- Please download, print and fill out the return form.
- Email the return form along with a photo of the products you are returning to support@mothersearth.com to have the return approved and notified.
- Once approved, make sure the return is properly packaged and meets all the conditions below.
- Put the return form in the box and clearly mark "Return Shipment" on the outer packaging of the package.
- Use an insured tracking service to ensure the package arrives safely to us.
- Send a follow-up email with the tracking code to support@mothersearth.com
- Pack the items properly and return them to the following address:

Return Terms and Guidelines:

- Returned items must be returned within 30 days of receipt. After this deadline, we cannot accept returns.
- All returned items must be unused, unopened and with original packaging.
- We are not responsible for the cost of returning items.
- Please ensure that all returned items are properly packaged so that they are not damaged during shipping.
- Ensure that all return packages are shipped with a trackable, insured service, as we cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in return shipping.
