Customer satisfaction is on top of our priority. If you received the correct item in good condition but are not satisfied, please email support@mothersearth.com for assistance. If you have received incorrect or defective items, please email support@mothersearth.com with a photo of the order received within 7 days from the delivery date.

Once the order is returned and inspected, you are entitled to a full refund on the returned item/s, which does not include the cost of return shipping. Returns are possible within 30 days from purchase and/or 14 days from receipt whichever is longer. Beyond this specified duration, we can no longer refund or exchange an order.
