In laundry detergent, saponins act as natural detergents that effectively remove dirt and stains. They help loosen and remove dirt and oils from textile fibers, cleaning clothes thoroughly.

FUNCTION

Polyvinyl alcohol in detergent helps form a protective film around dirt particles and stains. This film prevents dirt from re-attaching to the fabric during washing, making it easier to rinse away.

🌿 Plant based: Our SLS is made from the highest quality coconut oil

Function: SLS acts as a surfactant, which means it helps to mix water and oil, allowing dirt and grease to be removed from surfaces or fabrics. It is also responsible for the foaming effect.

*Important: Although the ingredient SLS is known to be not skin-friendly, it does not negatively affect the skin friendliness of our detergent. Which is always pH-skin neutral and extremely suitable for sensitive skin. This is partly because we dose SLS very carefully

Function: Water is the solvent in our detergent, helping to dilute and mix all ingredients. It also facilitates the interaction between the detergent and the surface to be cleaned

Function: Contributes to the consistency of our detergent and serves as a biodegradable replacement for synthetic polymers

👨‍🔬 Synthetic: The original alcohols are natural but have been treated with ethylene oxide, a synthetic substance, to improve their surface active properties

Function: Used for their ability to help dissolve fats and oils in water, making the cleaning process more effective

👨‍🔬 Synthetic: Obtained by the chemical reaction between lauryl alcohol (derived from coconut) and glucose (natural)

Function: This is a nonionic surfactant used to remove dirt and grease without producing too much foam. It is mild and is used specifically in products intended for sensitive skin

Function: Acts as a surfactant and emulsifier. It helps bind water with oil and dirt, allowing them to be easily rinsed away
