In a world where many brands prefer to stay secretive about the origins of their products, we choose to share everything openly. This includes our decision to produce in China. We know this often raises questions, and honestly, I had the same doubts when we started this journey.
But… what I discovered was an entirely different side of China.
Instead of the negative image often portrayed, we found some fantastic companies that are just as committed to sustainability, fair practices, and high-quality products as we are. Together with my son, I visited these factories, and I was quickly convinced of their dedication to quality, innovation, and responsibility.
Why China?

Our choice for China is not just about price and quality; it’s also about the unparalleled technological advancements the country has made in this field. The technology and production methods required for our products simply aren’t as developed in Europe. In fact, there isn’t a single company in the Netherlands that can manufacture these products on a large scale.
Additionally, it’s worth noting that all laundry strips available worldwide are made in China. This is a fact many brands prefer to keep quiet, but we believe it’s important to share this transparently. The factories we collaborate with are among the best in their field, combining innovation with a strong focus on sustainability.
How Did We Find Our Manufacturer and What Did We Look For?
When searching for the right partner, we went beyond just price and quality. We deliberately sought out companies that share our values: sustainability, transparency, and respect for human rights. We didn’t just want a supplier – we wanted a partner who is equally committed to building a better future. And that’s exactly what we found in our partners.

Our decision to produce in China wasn’t an easy one, but it was a conscious one. We considered multiple options and concluded that working with manufacturers in China allows us to deliver high-quality products globally at fair prices while minimizing our environmental impact.
While we believe in the benefits of local production, we also recognize that we can make a bigger global impact by spreading sustainable practices. By working in China, we can reach and inspire people worldwide to make similarly responsible choices.
