Where is my order?
- In the email with the order confirmation you will find a Track&Trace number. With the Track&Trace link in the e-mail you can follow the status of your order.
- We ship worldwide from our small warehouse in the Netherlands, wherein we compensate CO2. Orders take on average 5-9 business days to be delivered.
- Should your package unexpectedly not arrive within the regular delivery time, please contact us in time. We can only investigate with the postal service within 2 weeks after the original delivery date.
- We cannot guarantee delivery times; these are indicative and for informational purposes only.

Please note that we cannot guarantee delivery to DHL Pack Stations as we are unable to confirm compatibility with all other delivery partners. To ensure your order arrives safely, please provide a residential or business address for delivery.
How will my order be shipped?
With great care and attention, and most importantly: in a responsible and environmentally friendly way. Our orders are shipped in a cardboard box, completely plastic-free.
What should you expect?
- Your order is delivered in a 100% cardboard box
- Your package is intact, dry and sealed.
- Your package should be complete and correct according to your order.
The package did not arrive in good condition, what should I do?
- Take a video of the package while opening the package. Make sure to show the condition of all the sheets inside.
- Send the video to support@mothersearth.com with an overview of the issue.
- Make sure to do the steps above within 1-3 days from when the package is received.
- Our customer support team is happy to assist you with your concern.
