In the email with the order confirmation you will find a Track&Trace number. With the Track&Trace link in the e-mail you can follow the status of your order.
We ship worldwide in a CO2 neutral way. Orders take on average 5-9 business days to be processed.
Should your package unexpectedly not arrive within the regular delivery time, please contact us in time. We can only investigate with the postal service within 2 weeks after the original delivery date.

How will my order be shipped?
With great care and attention and most importantly; in an environmentally friendly way. Our orders are shipped in a 100% biodegradable bag completely free of plastic. To Dutch addresses we send our packages with PostNL and to Belgian addresses with Bpost.
